A Parson Drove man “panicked” and gave a false identity to the police when he was pulled over for driving his partner’s car without a licence or insurance. Billy Holmes, 27, of John Bends Way, appeared at King’s Lynn’s Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where he admitted obstructing a police officer from completing their duty as well as driving without a valid licence or insurance.
