Everton have every right to remain aggrieved after this latest PSR debacle, in which they have now been deducted a further two points. And whilst it should now mark the end of the sanctions, for this season at least, it still remains a sore spot for many fans and likely the players, who continue to see their progress expunged from the Premier League table.
