A Clifton-native who works as a chef in a restaurant at American Dream will compete on an upcoming episode of “Chopped” on the Food Network. John Thomas, 35, will compete against three other chefs for a chance to win $10,000 on Season 57 Episode 11 titled “Celtuce Setbacks” that airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. The chefs were forced to use celtuce in the entree round.
