A motorist who crashed his car into another vehicle on a busy roundabout was found to be more than three times the legal drink-drive limit. Kestutis Raubiska was at the wheel of his Vauxhall Insignia on the Four Elms roundabout in Wainscott near Rochester, when he ploughed into another vehicle and not only was he over the legal limit he was also found to be driving without insurance.
