Chelsea have agreed to a £54 million deal with Wolves to sign Pedro Neto. According to The Athletic, the deal was reached earlier on Friday. The Blues have offered to pay an initial £51.4m payment and a further £2.6m (€3m) in add-ons. The player is understood to be travelling to London for a medical now. Neto was previously linked with Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool and Tottenham. But Chelsea has stolen a march on their Premier League rivals and will add the Portugal forward to their attack.
