Two men in Adamawa State who were arrested for kidnapping and killing a boy and going ahead to insist on ransom, have confessed to the crime. The Adamawa State Police, which disclosed this on Friday, added that the suspects had been quick in collecting what they called feeding fees from the parents of their victim while they waited for ransom to be paid.
