Despite the recent collapse of Germany’s centre-left coalition, there was little change in approval ratings for the country’s political parties, according to an opinion poll seen by dpa in advance of publication. The Sunday trend survey by the INSA polling institute, commissioned by Sunday’s edition of the Bild newspaper, indicates that Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s Social Democrats (SPD) lost one point compared to the previous week, landing at 15%.
