Joe Biden became flustered as he told a heckler to “shush up” before joking that the man could probably “take” him in a fight. A heckler interrupted the president’s speech at the the Union train station in Washington DC as he spoke about his American Rescue Plan which had the “biggest investment in childcare ever”.
