Thoubal (Manipur) [India], December 9 (ANI): Assam Rifles and police commandos of Thoubal in a joint operation recovered arms, ammunition and war-like stores from Salam Patong and Moidangpok on Saturday, a statement issued by Assam Rifles said. Acting on a tip-off, security forces established a cordon around the village and started an extensive search which resulted in the recovery of two weapons, twelve hand grenades including stun and tear grenades, three 40 mm shells, two radio sets and two arming rings.
