New Delhi [India], May 9 (ANI): The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Leader K Kavitha on Thursday moved Delhi High Court seeking bail in connection with the cases investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) related to the Delhi excise policy. Recently Trial Court had refused to grant bail to her in both cases. The bench of Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma is scheduled to hear the matter on Friday.
