Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], August 10 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday handed over an appointment letter to the wife of the bus driver killed in the Reasi terror attack. Renu Verma, the wife of Vijay Kumar, received the appointment letter at Raj Bhawan. Vijay Kumar, a resident of Reasi, was driving the bus carrying pilgrims when it was attacked by terrorists on June 9. The Lt.
