The hunt has begun for a missing plastic pig after it vanished at the weekend. Organisers of the Kent County Show are appealing for Truffle the pig to be safely returned to the showground in Detling. She disappeared at some point on the last day of the show, which took place from Friday to Sunday, July 5 to 7. The showcase event for farming, agriculture and countryside life attracts thousands of visitors every year.
