West Norfolk Ladies clinched a memorable Norfolk Cup triumph with two wins at the Big Rugby Weekend. The Gatehouse Lane outfit defeated higher-league Wymondham and hosts Diss in the final to lift the prestigious trophy on a sun-soaked Sunday.
