Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has declared a three-day nationwide state of mourning after 61 people died in a plane crash in the state of São Paulo. Lula said the period of mourning would last three days starting from Friday. According to the airline VoePass, there were 57 passengers and four crew members on the aircraft which crashed earlier on Friday.
