Justice Olukayode Adeniyi of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), who on January 8 this year voided the detention of former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, and ordered his release, was inaugurated as a Justice of the Court of Appeal on Wednesday.
