The German shoe retailer Deichmann is interested in the shoe brand rights of the insolvent fashion brand Esprit. “The offer relates exclusively to brand rights and not to operational shares in the company,” a spokesman told dpa on Monday. According to Deichmann, the company has been working with Esprit since 2019 and sells the fashion brand’s shoes.
