A group of scouts took part in a challenge to help fundraise to replace kits that were ruined by heavy winds two weeks ago. On Sunday, scouts were joined by leaders and took part in a ten-mile kayaking challenge from Lynn to Downham to raise money. The youngsters were already planning to fundraising to go to the Scout Jamboree but were then faced with having to raise money for a new kit that was lost in the weather on the last weekend of half term.
