Hewlett Packard Enterprise has agreed to a purchase price of $40.00 per share for Juniper Networks, the companies said in a statement on Tuesday. Hewlett Packard will acquire the AI networks and cloud-computing specialist in an all-cash transaction, representing an equity value of about $14 billion.
