A North Bergen man knocked another man to the ground with repeated blows to the face and then returned to stomp on his head Thursday afternoon in the area of 70th Street and Bergenline Avenue, authorities said. Jazzy Vasquez, 26, was arrested when he tried to flee on foot after the 12:41 p.m. incident, Guttenberg Lt. Aleksandar Ramadanovic said.
