The National Resistance Center (NRC) has acquired and published technical documentation on the Russian air defense systems Pantsir-S and the Tor-M1 missile systems, according to NRC’s website. It is reported that due to the successful large-scale strikes on air defense systems in occupied Crimea, the Kremlin is chaotically redeploying reinforcements to the peninsula from various regions of Russia.
