A Slidell man has been sentenced to time served after pleading guilty to manufacturing and selling explosive devices without a license. Devin Juneau, 38, admitted to selling M-type explosive devices to undercover agents in February 2024. Juneau did not have the required license to manufacture or deal in explosives.
