Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has performed the groundbreaking ceremony of 118 km road projects in Kontagora, Kontagora Local Government Area of the state as part of the urban renewal policy of his administration. The road projects include reconstruction of the 90 km Kontagora-Rijau Road, construction of the 19.4 km Kontagora Western bypass ring road as well as the 8.7 km Kontagora Eastern bypass ring road in the area.
