The Rivers State House of Assembly faction loyal to Nyesom Wike, Minister of the FCT, has raised an alarm over an alleged plot by Governor Siminalayi Fubara to demolish the Assembly quarters. The quarters are located on Aba Road in Port Harcourt, the state capital. The Speaker, Martin Amaewhule, made the accusation at a press briefing immediately after a visit by the governor to the quarters on Thursday.
