The German government has approved a number of measures aimed at reducing red tape, an issue that has notoriously been crippling the country’s authorities for years. Tax advisors, for example, will be able to issue their invoices digitally, according to the 32 regulatory changes passed by Cabinet on Wednesday, government sources said.
