By Antony Clements-Thrower A man believed to have been gunned down and killed by a suspect riding a bike has been named, as police investigate his tragic death. Lancashire Police were called to a shooting in Peel Road, Skelmersdale, on Thursday at around 7.30pm. The victim, named as 33-year-old Lenny Scott, was found with serious gunshot wounds and later died in hospital of his injuries. Officers believe the shooter – wearing black clothes and a hi-vis jacket – made off on a bike which is believed to either be an e-bike or a scrambler. Investigations are ongoing. Det. Ch.
