According to police, the foreigner Ikeji Innocent Nduka is a native of Nigeria. In the year 2009 he came to Mumbai on a Tourist Visa. Initially he was involved in the scarf business, where he used to purchase the scarfs from Surat in Gujarat. He then moved to Tiruppur in Tamil Nadu and sold T-shirts for a period of 4 years.
