Vladimir Putin has admitted Russia is going through a “difficult period” during a speech to celebrate its victory over Nazi Germany during the Second World War. Russia honours its success every year with Victory Day, however the parade in the Moscow only consisted of one Addressing the crowd, the Russian leader said his combat forces were “always ready” but the country was suffering a “difficult period”.
