The remains of a tourist who disappeared over 20 years ago have been found in the Peruvian Andes. The body, with clothing and climbing tools still intact, is that of an American citizen who disappeared in 2002 after an avalanche on the Nevado Huascarán mountain in the northern centre of the country, according to several media reports citing the police.
