A MAN has had a charge of sexual touching dismissed. Dieter Hansen had been due to stand trial for the offence at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Monday, June 3. At a previous hearing the 58-year-old, of Park Way, Hungerford, denied intentionally touching a woman in a sexual way when she did not consent, and when he did not reasonably believe she was consenting. The offence was said to have been committed in Hungerford on a specific date in May last year.
