A pre-Valentine’s Day winter storm expected to hit New Jersey late Monday and into Tuesday could dump 6 to 8 inches of snow across northwestern New Jersey counties with more widespread amounts of 2 to 6 inches across the northern half the state, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.
