Xiaomi is preparing to launch its latest line of flagship tablets, the Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro. They will replace the Pad 6 model, which was released in April last year. Today, the MySmartPrice team spotted these upcoming tablets on the 3C certification site.

Model numbers

The Pad 7, model number 2410CRP4CC, appears to support 45W charging. Meanwhile, the Pad 7 Pro, identified by the model number 24091RPADC, provides a 67W fast charging capability. However, no other device specifications have been disclosed.

Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro: what we know so far

Recently, a user of the Chinese social network Weibo mentioned that future tablets might appear on the market together with Xiaomi’s 15th series smartphones. This seems likely given that the company used a similar strategy to launch the Pad 6 Max 14 and Pad 6S Pro.

The leak also revealed that the Pad 7 will be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and is expected to launch in September this year. If this turns out to be true, it will be a significant upgrade over its predecessor, which was powered by the Snapdragon 870 SoC.

In addition, it is reported that the upcoming tablets will have larger displays and run on HyperOS. The design is expected to remain basically the same as the previous model, with a square camera island on the back.

However, it’s important to note that the company hasn’t teased any of these details, so until official confirmation, these leaks should be taken with a grain of salt.
