German prosecutors are investigating an allegation of rape against an employee of the Albanian national football team at their hotel during the European Championship in Dortmund. According to a young woman’s account to investigators, the man allegedly grabbed her by the arm, pulled her into a small room and performed sexual acts on her against her will. The Albanian Football Association has not yet responded to a written request for comment from dpa.
