Kohima (Nagaland) [India], August 10 (ANI): Lieutenant General Abhijit S Pendharkar assumed the responsibility of General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the elite Spear Corps from Lieutenant General Harjeet Singh Sahi, who takes over as Commandant, Army War College, Mhow, the Ministry of Defence press release stated.
