New Delhi [India], October 10 (ANI): Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai on Thursday wrote a letter to Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav, urging to conduct an ‘urgent’ meeting to discuss the use of artificial rain during peak pollution periods in the national capital city.
