A 13-year-old girl was gunned down in Baltimore, and now the man responsible for her death will spend the rest of his life behind bars. Around 5:20 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2022, Kelsey Washington was shot on East Fayette Street, according to Baltimore police. She was taken to the hospital in grave condition. On Nov. 12, 2022, the teen was declared brain dead and two days later was pronounced dead.
