Builders working on a house in Fakenham discovered a cannabis farm inside of a neighbour’s loft. That loft belonged to Steven Taylor, 51, who appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where he admitted to producing a class B drug. Prosecutor Lesla Small said that the discovery was made by the builders on March 30 last year on The Glebe in Fakenham, when they working on a neighbour’s property and could see directly into the loft.
