A disqualified driver was caught speeding by police officers. Iulian Tudor, 32, appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, where he admitted getting behind the wheel while banned. He also admitted driving the Volkswagen on Stoke Road in Stoke Ferry without any insurance. The court heard that Tudor was banned from driving until August 26, but was spotted on the roads on May 24 and was pulled over for travelling above the speed limit.
