Liverpool have had to watch on over the past two days as the Champions League quarter-finals go ahead without them. The Reds have become used to taking part in the latter stages of Europe’s most prestigious competition during Jurgen Klopp’s tenure. However, having failed to make it seven seasons in a row at the top table last year, they’ve had to make do with the Europa League this term. Not that that should especially bother anyone anymore.
