A special needs school has received an outpouring of support after it was targeted by vandals. The Newark Orchard School, on London Road, suffered a break-in last Thursday (April 4), which left windows inside and outside of a building smashed as well as seriously damaging two school busses and a car. The school — which provides for young people with special educational needs — relies on these vehicles to support the learning of pupils and go on trips.
