On the last day of July, the Feast of St. Ignatius Loyola, I woke up at the Jersey Shore and decided I would dine out with purpose that day. Not any special cuisine or healthy eating but just to support a social justice venture. For breakfast, I headed to Kindness Café on Main Street in Manasquan.
