A female driver and her passenger had to be freed after their car hit a parked vehicle and then a building opposite Bishop’s Stortford police station. The two occupants were trapped when their Peugeot became wedged on the pavement between the other car and the apartment building on Wednesday morning (April 10). They had to be released by fire and rescue crews and were taken to hospital for check-ups as a precaution.
