MIAMI, Fla. – Jean Wesner Pierre Louis, a 52-year-old Miami resident and former president of a tax preparation business, was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for his role in a tax fraud scheme. The sentence, handed down on June 7, 2024, by U.S. District Judge Paul C. Huck, also includes one year of supervised release and an order to pay over $4 million in restitution.
