Unknown individuals have placed numerous neo-Nazi stickers at several locations in a central German town, including a plaque commemorating the fate of Jewish citizens. Town representatives from Hildburghausen in the south of the state of Thuringia had laid a wreath earlier Sunday at the plaque in front of the town hall in memory of the Nazi anti-Semitic pogroms of November 9, 1938.
