At least three civilians have been killed by Russian shelling in the eastern Ukrainian region of Kharkiv. Two more people were injured in the village of Lyptsi, the governor of the region, Oleh Syniehubov, announced on Telegram on Wednesday. A shop and a pharmacy were damaged in the village, which is around 10 kilometres from the Russian border. In another attack, at least one person was injured when two glide bombs were dropped in the small town of Vovchansk, around 20 kilometres to the east.
