Editor’s Note: This is a developing story and is being updated. Russia attacked the city of Zaporizhzhia shortly after 1 a.m. on Nov. 11, killing and injuring civilians, including children. One man was killed in the attack, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported. At least 9 more people were injured, including a 17-year-old boy, a 15-year-old girl, and a 4-year-old boy.
