One person has died and 12 people were trapped at a depth of around 300 metres in a gold that is now a tourist attraction in the US state of Colorado, Teller County Sheriff Jason Mikesell said on Thursday. The accident occurred at a depth of around 150 metres in the former Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine in Cripple Creek, some 120 kilometres south of Denver.
