Michigan co-defensive coordinator/defensive coach Steve Clinkscale, who was initially thought to be headed to the NFL but then appeared to be staying with the Wolverines, will be coaching in the NFL. Clinkscale, hired to Jim Harbaugh’s Michigan staff in 2021, informed players Saturday of his decision to join Harbaugh’s staff with the Los Angeles Chargers, a source confirmed to The Detroit News.
