Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was welcomed in Berlin by German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier on Tuesday morning, ahead of an international conference on recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine. Steinmeier received Zelensky at his official residence, the Bellevue Palace in the capital.
