Democratic US presidential candidate Kamala Harris is viewed more favourably than her Republican opponent Donald Trump in a viewer survey following Tuesday’s TV debate in Philadelphia. Of those surveyed, 45% expressed a favourable opinion of Harris, compared to 39% for Trump. The survey, of registered voters who watched the debate, was conducted by a polling organization for several US media outlets including CNN.
