A well-used village road is set to be closed overnight tomorrow to allow for work to be carried out. Welney Wash Road will close from 7pm on Thursday and remain shut until 7am the following morning (Friday). The closure is to allow the carrying out of white lining on the edges of the newly surfaced road. This is due to the machine breaking down on the last evening of the previous closure for resurfacing.
